About the Journal

Ciência da Informação Express – CIExpress, ISSN: 2675-8717, is an open access channel for scientific communication and dissemination, dedicated to publishing research articles, opinion pieces, communications, reviews, abstracts, press releases, essays, and other texts related to Librarianship, Documentation, Archival Science, Information Science, Information Technology, and Open Science practices. It adopts a continuous publication system (rolling pass), in which articles are published as they are approved.

Call for Papers: Dossier on Institutional Experiences in Open Science

2025-12-10

The manuscript may be written in the authors’ preferred language and should be submitted starting in January 2026. It must be between 6 and 16 pages long and should analytically and descriptively address aspects such as institutional policies, strategies adopted, technological infrastructure, the involvement of libraries, sectors and responsible bodies, professionals involved, editorial policies, open data practices, training actions, incentives for Open Science, or any other relevant initiatives related to the theme within the institution.
