Padrões temáticos sobre o uso de dispositivos móveis em bibliotecas universitárias (2015–2024)

Objetivo: analisar padrões temáticos em publicações científicas sobre o uso de dispositivos móveis em bibliotecas universitárias, no período de 2015 a 2024. Metodologia: realizou-se uma revisão bibliográfica com análise categorial de 43 artigos indexados na base Library, Information Science & Technology Abstracts with Full Text (LISTA), coletados mediante estratégia de busca estruturada e submetidos a critérios explícitos de inclusão e exclusão. Resultados: a análise revelou oito categorias temáticas, com predominância de estudos sobre serviços bibliotecários baseados em tecnologias móveis e sobre inovação tecnológica. Evidenciou-se a preferência por smartphones no acesso à internet, embora os laptops permaneçam predominantes nas atividades acadêmicas formais. Os resultados indicam uma transição para modelos híbridos de serviços e apontam lacunas investigativas em experiência do usuário, acessibilidade e adoção tecnológica. Conclusão: conclui-se que o objetivo foi alcançado, confirmando que a mediação tecnológica móvel é vetor central da transformação digital nas bibliotecas universitárias, ainda que sua implementação enfrente barreiras estruturais, profissionais e sociocognitivas.
